Refund  Policy

Once you have bought your ticket to one of our events, please keep it as proof of purchase. Please note we use two payment services. These are Stripe (For card payments) and PayPal. When purchasing a ticket, you have agreed to attend our event. Please note we have limited spaces on all events. Purchasing a ticket will lead to someone else losing a space if the event is popular. For this reason we do have a strict refund policy. We have listed the policy below.

You are able to obtain a refund if your child has a serious health problem and the event is more than four days away. If the event is within four days then we will not be able to return a refund. Cancelations for events are something we strive to avoid. We deliver sessions all over Wales and England and strive to entertain children everywhere we can. However, we want you to know that you are covered if an event is rescheduled due to a fault of the company. Examples of this include the following: issues with management, if staff were to not attend, we decided to move the event due to low numbers. In these cases, you are completely covered for your purchase. You are unable to obtain a refund if the classes were delayed due to a serious problem that is out of the company's control. Examples include, serious health risks in the area of the events, government policies and procedures and if the venue (3rd parties whom we hire the venues from) were to shut down. However, this does not mean there will not be another event. The company (COLOURVISION STUDIOS LTD.) has to reschedule the event in either the existing venue or another venue within 20 miles of the venue. Your ticket will be still valid for the rescheduled event AND any other event listed on our website for the same price but we would not be able to refund the ticket amount. We hope that there is never a time where any of the serious problems above happen. Please read all carefully before purchasing and enjoy our sessions to the fullest.
